"Land issues include complicated legal issues, administrative issues, land mafia issues, overlapping decisions, and so on. So, the government has decided that all these matters will be resolved as state obligations," he said.
According to Mahfud, the issuance of the PP is a follow-up to the government's response to the land mafia problem that is still on the loose. Teams involved in eradicating the land mafia at the Attorney General's Office (AGO), the National Police, and the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) are also encouraged to uncover and resolve the issue legally.
