TANGERANG - The Tangerang District Health Office in Banten Province provides a free RT-PCR test service for pilgrims scheduled to leave for the Holy Land this year. The local government provides a free RT-PCR test service from 10 days to 14 days before departure to the Holy Land to help members of the hajj pilgrims fulfill one of the health requirements for performing the hajj pilgrimage, namely being free from COVID-19 according to the results of the RT-PCR examination. "PCR for hajj pilgrims will be provided at the Regional Health Laboratory (Labkesda) of Tangerang Regency. "For the tools, we will be facilitated by the Provincial Health Office in this service, and for our location there is only one, namely Labkesda Tangerang Regency," he said, quoted by Antara. In addition to providing free RT-PCR test services, Sumihar said, the government provides free COVID-19 vaccination services for pilgrims.
