JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan issued Governor Decree No. 492 of 2022 concerning PPKM Level 1 COVID-19. The implementation of PPKM Level 1 in Jakarta is valid from 24 May to 6 June 2022.

In his statement, Anies said he was grateful for the COVID-19 pandemic conditions which had been sufficiently controlled, so that easing of activity restrictions could be carried out.

"We have managed to get through the critical times during the pandemic. All of this is of course due to the cooperation, discipline, and patience of all of us in surviving the pandemic. Don't be careless, continue to apply a healthy and clean lifestyle, hopefully we will all be kept away from dangerous outbreaks," Anies said Friday, May 27.

The following are a number of PPKM Level 1 rules in Kepgub Number 492 of 2022: 1. Activities at the workplace/office- Non-essential sector: A maximum of 100 percent work from office (WFO) applies to employees who have been vaccinated and are required to use the PeduliLindung application at the door access in and out of the workplace.- Essential sectors: a. Finance and banking only covers insurance, banks, pawnshops, futures exchanges, pension funds, and financial institutions (which are oriented to physical services with customers);- For letter a can operate with a maximum capacity of 100 percent of staff for locations related to services to the community , and 75 percent for office administration services to support operations and with the implementation of more stringent health protocols.

b. Capital market (which is oriented towards customer service and good capital market operations);

c. Information and communication technology includes cellular operators, data centers, internet, postal services, media related to the dissemination of information to the public;

d. Non-quarantine handling hotels can operate with stricter implementation of health protocols, with the following conditions: (a) must use the PeduliLindung application to screen all employees and visitors and only the Green category in the PeduliLindung application may enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons ;(b) a maximum capacity of 100 percent; and (c) fitness center/gym facilities, meeting rooms/meeting rooms/meeting rooms, and large-capacity meeting rooms/ballrooms are allowed to reopen using the PeduliLindung application and a maximum capacity of 100% (one hundred percent), as well as the provision of food and beverages in the facilities of the meeting room/meeting room/meeting room, and the meeting room with a large capacity/ballroom is permitted to serve a buffet.

- Essential sectors in the government sector: Following the technical provisions issued by the Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia;

- Critical sectors: a. health; b. security and order; c. disaster management; d. energy; e. logistics, postal, transportation, and distribution especially for the basic needs of the community; f. food and drink and their supporting equipment, including for livestock/pets; g. fertilizers and petrochemicals; h. cement and building materials; i. national vital object, j. national strategic projects; k. construction (public infrastructure including telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure); and l. basic utilities (electricity, water, and waste management); - Can operate with stricter implementation of health protocols, with the following conditions:1. For letter (a) 100 percent of the staff can operate without any exceptions, including posyandu as part of an effort to provide essential health services to the community so that they operate 100 percent without any exceptions.2. For letter (b) can operate 100 percent of staff without any exceptions.3. For letters c to letter l can operate 100 percent of the maximum staff, only in production/construction/service facilities to the community and for office administration services to support operations, a maximum of 75 percent of staff is applied; Companies included in the sectors in letters (d) to letter (h), letter (k) and letter (l) are required to use the PeduliLindung application to screen all employees and visitors who enter production/construction/service facilities and areas. office administration; and5. Companies that are included in the sector category according to letter (c) must obtain a recommendation from the technical ministry of sector guidance before being able to gain access to use the PeduliLindung application.

2. Teaching and learning activities - Education Unit: Can be done through limited face-to-face learning and/or distance learning based on a joint Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture, Research and Technology, Minister of Religion, Minister of Health and Minister of Home Affairs Number 01/KB/2022, Number 408 of 2022, Number HK.01.08/MENKES/1140/2022, Number 420-1026 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning during the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic (COVID-19)

3. Activities in the Sector of Daily Needs: a. Supermarkets, hypermarkets, traditional markets, grocery stores, and supermarkets that sell daily necessities: - Can operate with 100% visitor capacity (one hundred percent) with stricter implementation of health protocols, especially for main markets that can operate according to operating hours; - Supermarkets and hypermarkets are required to use the PeduliLindung application starting on September 14, 2021 and only visitors with the green category in the PeduliLindung application may enter, unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

b. Pharmacies and drug stores: Can be open for 24 (twenty four) hours, with stricter implementation of health protocols.

c. People's markets that sell non-daily necessities: Can operate with a maximum capacity of 100% (one hundred percent), with stricter implementation of health protocols.

d. Street vendors, grocery stores, voucher agents/outlets, barbershops/barbershops, laundry, hawkers, small repair shops, car washes and others like: Allowed to open with stricter implementation of health protocols.

4. Eating/drinking activities in public places (a) Food stalls/warteg, street vendors, hawker stalls and the like: Allowed to open and receive dine-in until 22.00 WIB with a maximum of visitors eating 100 percent of capacity with stricter implementation of health protocols.

(b) Restaurants/restaurants, cafes with locations in buildings/shops or open areas either in separate locations or in shopping centers/malls: - Allowed to open with the following conditions: a. Can receive dine-in with operating hours up to 22.00 WIB, with stricter implementation of health protocols; b. Maximum capacity of 100 percent; c. It is mandatory to use the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees. And only those with the green category in the PeduliLindung application may enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

(c) Restaurants/restaurants, cafes with operating hours starting at night: - Can operate with the following conditions: (a) Can receive dine-in with operating hours from 18.00 WIB to a maximum of 02.00 WIB and with the implementation of health protocols that strict; (b) maximum capacity of 100 percent; (c) Mandatory use of the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees. And only those with the green category in the PeduliLindung application may enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

5. Activities at shopping centers/malls/trade centers: - Shopping centers/malls/trade centers: opened with the following conditions: (a) Maximum capacity of 100 percent and operating hours until 22.00 WIB with due observance of the provisions in number 3 letter ( a) and number 4 letter (b) and carried out with more stringent health protocols.

(b) Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by their parents and especially for children aged 6 to 12 years old to show proof of vaccination at least the first dose.

(c) Children's playgrounds and entertainment venues in shopping centers/malls/trade centers are opened on condition that they show proof of complete vaccination, specifically for each child aged 6 to 12 years who enters; and

(d) It is mandatory to use the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees of the relevant shopping center/mall/trade center and only visitors with the Green category in the PeduliLindung application are allowed to enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

6. Activities at the biosco, can operate with the following conditions: (a) Must use the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees; (b) Maximum capacity of 100 percent and only visitors with the Green category in the PeduliLindung application may enter unless not can be vaccinated for health reasons. (c) Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent, especially children aged 6 to 12 years must show proof of vaccination at least the first dose. (d) Restaurants/restaurants and cafes within the cinema area are allowed receive dine-in with a maximum capacity of 100 percent; and (e) following the health protocols regulated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia;

7. Construction activities - Construction sites for public infrastructure (construction sites and project sites): Operating 100 percent with operating hours and capacity settings, with stricter implementation of health protocols.

8. Worship activities - Places of worship (mosques, prayer rooms, churches, temples, monasteries and temples and other places that function as places of worship): can hold congregational worship/religious activities during the PPKM Level 1 period with a maximum of 100 percent capacity by implementing health protocols more strictly and pay attention to technical arrangements from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia.

9. Activities at health care facilities - Health care facilities operate 100 percent, with more stringent implementation of health protocols.

10. Activities in Public Areas and Other Places That Can Generate Crowds- Public facilities (public areas, public parks, public tourist attractions, and other public areas) are allowed to open with stricter implementation of health protocols with the following conditions: (a) Maximum capacity of 100 percent; (b) Follow the health protocols regulated by the Indonesian Ministry of Health and/or the relevant ministry agencies; (c) Must wear masks and maintain health protocols and use the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees. And only those with the Green category in the PeduliLindung application may enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons; and (d) Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by parents, especially children aged 6 to 12 years must show proof of vaccination at least the first dose.

- Wedding reception venues: can be held with a maximum of 100% (one hundred percent) of the room's capacity by implementing stricter health protocols.

- Locations for arts, culture, sports facilities and social activities that can cause crowds and crowds: Allowed to open with stricter implementation of health protocols, with the following conditions: (a) Maximum capacity of 100 percent (b) Mandatory use of PeduliLindung application and only with the Green category in the PeduliLindung application who may enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

- Activities in the fitness center/gym are allowed to open with stricter implementation of health protocols, with the following conditions: (a) Maximum capacity of 100 percent; and (b) Mandatory use of the PeduliLindung application and only visitors with the green category in the PeduliLindung application may enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

11. Activities on transportation modes- Public transportation, mass transportation, taxis (conventional and online) and rental/rental vehicles are enforced with a maximum capacity setting of 100 percent, with stricter implementation of health protocols;- Ojeks (online and base) apply health protocols more strictly.
