MEDAN - Langkat Police, North Sumatra, managed to uncover the findings of human bone fragments suspected of being the victim of a murder.

Langkat Police Chief, AKBP Danu Pamungkas Totok through the Head of Public Relations Iptu Joko Sumpeno said the police had arrested MS (26) and his wife with the initials AR (26). Meanwhile, another perpetrator with the initials WA (61) is still at large.

Iptu Joko explained that this case was revealed after his party conducted an investigation into Jalan Makmur, Gang Dahlia, to be precise at the house of S, who is a relative of the perpetrator, Friday, May 20.

"Officer S confirmed that MS and his family 3 years ago came by rickshaw. On that day, MS told S that they ordered travel and left the house at night," said Iptu Joko confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, May 25.

Furthermore, from the results of the investigation, there were reports of missing people 3 years ago on behalf of Bakrie, a resident of Kutacane, Aceh who was a travel driver for Raja Batu Taxi.

"Based on the information of his wife and child, Bakrie went missing about 3 years ago after picking up passengers from a family in Tembung. Bakrie lost contact with his parents after having sex in Kabanjahe during a stop to eat and the car used by the Kijang Innova was black with number BK 1684 PI," he explained.

From the statement of the owner of the car containing IIM, his vehicle disappeared 3 years ago along with Bakrie. The car is still on credit in a lease.

Iptu Joko explained that the chronology of the incident began when the Padang Tualang Police received information that the MS perpetrator had been detained by the public for allegedly killing a man whose identity was not known.

Furthermore, MS and his wife AR were immediately secured to the Padang Tualang Police Headquarters for questioning. During interrogation, MS admitted to killing an unknown travel driver.

"The perpetrator confessed that the murder was carried out in November 2018. The act was pre-planned with the intention of killing the travel driver and taking the travel car away," explained Iptu Joko.

"The perpetrator and his family agreed that if successful, they would move and live in Mojokerto, Central Java, however," he continued.

Then, the perpetrator and his family went to the hospital in Tembung, Deli Serdang. Previously, MS had ordered a travel car with the aim of Medan-Blangkenjeran, Aceh.

"After the perpetrators and their families were picked up by a travel car driven by the victim. When the car crossed the public road in Tiga Binanga District, Tanah Karo Regency, the perpetrator's mother, identified as L (deceased) pretended to vomit, so the driver stopped the car," said Iptu Joko.

After that, the perpetrators AR and L went down. Then MS snared the victim's neck with a rope until he struggled. Then, the fugitive W slashed the victim 4 times until he died.

"After confirming that the victim had died, then the victim was wrapped in a plastic tarp and placed in the back of the car. Then, perpetrator W took over the steering wheel and immediately drove to the perpetrator's house in Parit Rimo Hamlet, Jati Sari Village, Padang Tualang District," he said. .

When they arrived at the perpetrator's house, the victim's body was buried. Then, the perpetrator arranged the pieces of wood and poured fuel to set it on fire.

"For their actions, the perpetrators were charged with Article 340 Sub-Article 365, more than Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code, the punishment for which is life imprisonment or the death penalty," said Iptu Joko.
