BATANG - Central Java Police Chief Inspector General Pol Ahmad Luthfi conducted a review of the National Strategic Project for the Development of the Batang Industrial Estate and the Batang PLTU Project, Thursday, May 19.

Based on the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 0074/21/MEM/2015 concerning the Ratification of the Electricity Supply Business Plan of PT PLN Persero 2015-2024, it is explained that the Batang PLTU is part of the program to increase capacity in the Java Bali system, especially the addition of power plants.

Ahmad Luthfi explained that the Central Java Regional Police strongly supports the construction of the Batang PLTU and is committed to overseeing and contributing to the success of the project which is also one of the priority programs of the National Police Chief.
