JAKARTA - The Directorate of Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK) of Madrasas again held the International Symposium On Education (ISOE). The event for the second time, which took place May 18-20, was held simultaneously to commemorate National Education Day 2022.
Giving a virtual speech, Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas gave a message about the importance of GTK Madrasah to utilize technology, including metaverse. According to him, the use of the metaverse in the world of education will be an extraordinary progress in an infinite space.

Director General of Islamic Education M Ali Ramdhani said that the use of metaverse technology must be accelerated to catch up with students in adapting to the technology era. This is done so that students become adaptive and responsive to technological developments.

Director of GTK Madrasah, Muhammad Zain explained that ISOE is an international event that provides space for GTK Madrasas to disseminate their academic works in public spaces.
