JAKARTA - The suspect in the pornography case, Dea Ayu Dewanti alias Dea OnlyFans, suddenly confessed that she was pregnant or having two bodies. This confession led to the distrust of a number of parties.

Recognition of Dea's pregnancy was conveyed through her lawyer, Abdillah Syarifudin, after undergoing an obligation to report a pornography case at Polda Metro Jaya.

"Mba Dea's condition is now pregnant," said Syarifudin to reporters, Tuesday, May 17.

Based on the results of the medical examination, Dea's pregnancy has entered the age of 23 weeks or about 5 months.

However, it did not explain in detail about the pregnancy. So far, it has only been said that Dea's pregnancy has been conveyed to investigators.

With this condition, Syarifudin hopes that the process of handling pornography cases will run quickly. In particular, he did not arrest his client when the case was already in the Prosecutor's Office.

Originally, the police decided not to detain Dea even though she was already a suspect and only even though she was required to report. There are several considerations from the police, one of which is Dea who wants to continue her education.

"We conveyed it to the police, we also left a message to the Prosecutor's Office later, hopefully he won't be detained at the Prosecutor's Office," he said.

Adding, Dea said her pregnancy made her psychological condition disturbed. In fact, the suspect in the pornography case admitted to having attempted suicide several times.

"Four times I tried to commit suicide but I was not involved in the law," said Dea.

However, despite the burden he is carrying, Dea stated that he will continue to face the existing problems as a form of accountability for his actions.

"I have to take responsibility for this," said Dea.

Pregnancy Questioned

The acknowledgment of Dea OnlyFans' pregnancy has also been questioned by many netizens. Even the confession was called a lie.

The accusation came from the Twitter account @budakyesus. The account said Dea had claimed to be 3 months pregnant. However, when the account owner met Dea, Dea's gestational age did not change.

Confirmed about this, Dea's lawyer, Herlambang Ponco denied the matter. Because, there is evidence of his client's pregnancy which has been given to investigators.

"Since yesterday, we gave the evidence of pregnancy from ultrasound a week ago to the police," said Herlambang.

It will also provide additional evidence next week. The submission of the evidence can only be done because of the technical medical examination.

"But for a comprehensive process, because the pregnancy check-up process is in medicine every two weeks, so next week how the fetal pregnancy process is going, we will give it to the police next week," said Herlambang.

In addition, Herlambang also emphasized that his client could not lie about her pregnancy. Because, it is said, there are legal consequences that await if you tell lies.

"How come it's called a setting, how do we set it? The logic is like that. We must be responsible for speaking to the public, not telling lies. If I say a lie, there will be legal consequences," said Herlambang.

Polda Metro Jaya also commented on Dea OnlyFans' pregnancy. This condition is said to have no effect on the process of handling pornography cases.

"So it does not affect the investigation process of the case in question even though she is pregnant," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan.

In fact, the confession of Dea who is pregnant will not abort the pornography case or her status as a suspect.

However, said Zulpan, investigators are still considering the reason for deciding not to detain him after being named a suspect.

"But no detention was carried out, only elements of humanitarian considerations," he said.

In this case, Dea was charged with Article 27 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 1 of Law No. 19 of 2016 regarding amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning the ITE Law.

Then, Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 4 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 30 and/or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 and/or Article 9 in conjunction with Article 35 and/or Article 10 in conjunction with Article 36 of Law number 44 of 2008 regarding pornography.
