South Sumatra 2022 Non-ASN Education Personnel Allowance Liquid Per 3 Months, Directly Transferred To The Beneficiary's Account

PALEMBANG - The leadership of Commission V DPRD South Sumatra (Sumsel) ensured that the creativity allowance for non-State Civil Apparatus (ASN) education staff for SMA/SMK and SLB levels in this area would be disbursed every three months until the end of 2022.

"The allowance is paid every three months and has been disbursed since January 2022, and so on until the end of this year," said Deputy Chairman of Commission V of the South Sumatra DPRD, Masagus Syaiful Padli in Palembang, Antara, Friday, May 13.

According to him, the mechanism for disbursing the allowance is carried out by transfer to the recipient's account number, which is 9,335 non-ASN education staff, consisting of honorary teachers, school administration staff and school operators at the SMA/SMK-SLB levels throughout South Sumatra.

Every three months, non-ASN teachers at state high schools and vocational schools receive Rp. 675 thousand, non-ASN teachers from SLB Negeri Rp. 1.5 million, education/school administration staff to Rp. 525 thousand and school operators to Rp. 825 thousand, for a total amount of Rp. 25 billion.

The amount of the allowance, he said, had been through detailed discussions between Commission V of the South Sumatra DPRD with the Education Office and the School Board.

Then it was ratified through the Decree of the Governor of South Sumatra number 10/KPTS/Disdik/2022 concerning Provision of Creative and Innovative Learning Fees for Educators and Education Personnel of SMA/SMK and SLB throughout South Sumatra, which was published in January 2022.

"A total of Rp. 25 billion has been budgeted by the government from the 2022 budget for the allowance," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office, Riza Fahlevi, said that the government hopes that non-ASN education personnel can be more creative and maximal in providing learning to students, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Because he ensures that all non-ASN education personnel receive the allowance funds, including honorary teachers whose decrees are issued by the Principal and have met the requirements and are verified in the Basic Education Data (Dapodik) system.

“Alhamdulillah, honorary teachers whose decrees were issued by the principal who had never received allowances before, so this year, through the Governor's Decree, they all get a share. Hopefully it can relieve and hopefully their performance can be maximized, "he said.
