Fahri Hamzah Asks Puan Maharani To Be Responsible For Polemic Price Of IDR 48.7 Billion Curtains For House Of Representatives Office

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairperson of the Gelora Party, Fahri Hamzah, commented on the tender for the replacement of the curtains for the official residence of members of the DPR worth Rp48.7 billion. The tender was won by the bidder who offered the highest price of IDR 43.5 billion. It is known that the budget ceiling for changing the curtains for the member's official residence of Rp. 48.7 billion had become a polemic some time ago. Fahri also asked the chairman of the DPR, Puan Maharani, to take responsibility for the polemic.

"Just tell the chairman of the DPR to be in charge. Don't be silent, please," said Fahri, quoted on Sunday, May 8.

According to the deputy chairman of the DPR for the 2014-2019 period, the leadership of the DPR should be able to separate the management of institutional infrastructure and its political functions. The DPR, he continued, should also be managed physically and non-physically in one unified institution. "There are two infrastructures, physical and non-physical. The non-physical is a function of expertise," said Fahri.

Fahri considered that the DPR should not take care of the curtain issue, but make laws to oversee the government.

"Politicians at Senayan are focused on supervising the government, making laws and sound budgets. Don't worry about curtains," he stressed. Fahri is concerned if the DPR leadership is involved in the approval of the curtain replacement, which has a fantastic price. Don't get involved," he said.

It is known that in the budget ceiling of IDR 48.3 billion, the tender was given the name 'Replacement of the Gordyn and Blind DPR RI Kalibata' with tender code 732087.

"Fiscal year, APBN 2022. The ceiling value of the package is Rp. 48,745.624,000 (Rp. 48.7 billion). The value of the HPS package is Rp. 45,767,446,332.84 (Rp. 45.7 billion)," the website said. the curtains on the official house of the DPR RI members have been completed. The tender was won by the bidder who offered a price of IDR 43.5 billion.

Judging from the DPR RI LPSE website, the auction was won by PT Bertiga Mitra Solusi, which is located in Tangerang, Banten.

The company won the auction which was attended by 49 participants. However, on the DPR LPSE website, only the bid prices of the three bidders can be seen. Among them:

1. PT Sultan Sukses Mandiri, Rp37,794,795,705 (Rp37.7 billion)2. PT Panderman Jaya, Rp42 149,350,236 (Rp42.1 billion)3. PT Bertiga Mitra Solusi, Rp43,577,559,594.23 (Rp43.5 billion)

The corrected price and the negotiated price for this tender remain the same as the figure offered by PT Bertiga Mitra Solusi as the winner of the tender, which is IDR 43.5 billion.
