D+3 Eid Al-Fitr, Only 696 Bus Passengers Come To Pulogebang Integrated Terminal

JAKARTA - The Pulogebang Integrated Terminal, East Jakarta, still looks deserted from the backflow of Bus passengers after the Eid 1443 Hijri holiday.

On D + 3 Eid al-Fitr, the Pulogebang Integrated Terminal has not seen an increase in passenger arrivals from various cities of origin for travelers.

The Pulogebang Integrated Terminal Operational Team Commander (Danru) explained, from 00.00 WIB to 11.44 WIB this afternoon, the number of passenger arrivals was 696 people.

"According to the data we have from 00.00 WIB last night until today, about 126 buses arrive, the number of passengers is 696," Bonari told reporters at the Pulogebang Integrated Terminal, East Jakarta, Thursday, May 5, afternoon.

The number of arrivals can still change until it closes at 00.00 WIB. Based on that, said Bonari, the surge in backflow passengers on H+3 Eid 2022 has not occurred significantly.

"The return flow is still not visible. Compared to normal days, outside the homecoming flow, there tends to be less for the return flow," he said.

Bonari predicts a surge in backflow passengers will occur on Saturday 7 to Sunday 8 May, next. "For the (surge) backflow, the prediction is on May 7 and 8, Saturday and Sunday," he said.
