There Are Travelers Who Just Got Leave And Returned Home From Pulo Gebang Terminal After Eid

JAKARTA - Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal, East Jakarta, is still crowded with travelers who want to return to their hometowns to various parts of Indonesia on D+1 Lebaran.

The commander of the Pulo Gebang Bonari Integrated Bus Terminal Team said that in Jakarta, Wednesday, May 4, there are still many homecomers who leave for their hometowns today, especially for Sumatra.

"Since this morning, there have been travelers leaving for Sumatra, some for Java," said Bonari as quoted by Antara.

Based on data at the departure terminal of the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal, at most the homecoming destinations to Padang City are around 24 buses that have already departed. In fact, each bus PO provides six vehicles to the city of Padang.

Meanwhile, several buses to the East Java and Central Java regions will only depart on Wednesday afternoon.

One of the travelers to Madura, East Java, Iriani, admitted that he was only able to leave for homecoming today because he had just had the opportunity to take leave on D+1 Lebaran.

"I've been waiting since 11.30, he said this afternoon the bus came," said Iriani who was going home with a child.

Based on data from the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal, there were 112 buses departing from the terminal carrying 864 passengers on May 3, 2022. This number decreased from the previous day with the departure of 123 buses carrying 917 people.

The peak of the homecoming flow at the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal occurred on 27 April 2022 with the departure of 490 buses carrying a total of 13,282 passengers.

Meanwhile, there has been no sign of a surge in backflow of passengers at the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal. Data on May 3, 2022, there were only 51 arrival buses carrying 264 people. This number increased compared to the previous day, namely 33 buses arriving with 104 passengers.
