Many Fans! Dozens Of Thousands Of Visitors Crowded Bukittinggi Zoo On D+2 Lebaran

BUKITTINGGI - Entering the second and third day of the Lebaran holiday, the Bukittinggi Kinantan Wildlife Park (TMSBK) or better known as the Zoo is the busiest tourist attraction with visits reaching tens of thousands and will continue to increase.

The head of TMSBK, Silvirawane Ria Putri, said that tens of thousands of visitors had started to flock since the second day of the Idul Fitri holiday and predicted the number of tens of thousands would occur in the next few days.

"For the first day alone, we recorded that there were about 3,000 visitors who came to visit TMSBK, even though it was still the beginning of Eid, on the second day it increased dramatically to 13,000 visitors," said Silvi in Bukittinggi, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, May 4.

It is believed that this figure will continue to grow to tens of thousands of visitors because until now TMSBK is still crowded with tourists who come.

"It could be up to tens of thousands if you look at the average visitors who continue to arrive at this time," said Silvi.

The TMSBK party places guard officers and applies health protocols to visitors to ensure the safety and comfort of tourists.

"There are 21 security officers who are deployed at all strategic points of the TMSBK tourist attraction, we are also assisted by the Police and the TNI because of the large number of visitors who come," he said.

"We deliberately went to the zoo at the beginning of this Eid because it will definitely continue to be crowded until the end of the holiday," said a visitor, Neni (45).

He said he came with a dozen family members from Palembang and went home to Bukittinggi and targeted to go to TMSBK during the Lebaran holiday.

"It's been three years we haven't returned to our hometown, there are many good changes in the zoo, there is a Reptile Zone and a magnificent Bird Park, the most unique is the tiger cage which is only limited by glass," he said.
