More Enjoying Traveling, This Cyclist Is Banned

JAKARTA - Street crimes are now starting to haunt cyclists. This time, a cyclist claimed to have been hijacked by two motorcyclists around the Kuningan area, South Jakarta.

The perpetrator is said to have embraced the victim who was on a bicycle, while pointing a knife to grab his cellphone. The story of this robbery action was conveyed by Galih in uploading a TikTok video belonging to @muhamamdpasha.

"I was hijacked. He rode a motorbike together. Immediately close me from the right. The left hand that was piggybacked immediately embraced me," Galih said as quoted by VOI, Sunday, October 11.

"He said, you shut up or I stabbed you. He stuck the knife to me," he said.

In just seconds, the perpetrator then took Galih's cellphone. Not long after, they fled to escape. According to Galih, he asked local residents for help. However, the road conditions at that time were very quiet.

According to Galih's confession, the two thugs used a gray motorbike. However, the vehicle does not use a number plate.

"The motorbike is gray but doesn't use a number plate," he said.

Not long ago, social media was also enlivened with information about a cyclist on Jalan Panglima Polim, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The incident was uploaded in a video on the Instagram account @koalisipejalankaki.

The video shows two men riding on a motorbike past the victim who was on a bicycle. The two perpetrators even tried to hack the victim.
