TANGERANG - The Manpower Office (Disnaker) of Tangerang Regency, Banten, stated that as many as 48 reports related to the existence of companies in the area not paying the Idul Fitri 1443/2022 Working Day Allowance (THR).

"Currently, we have 28 consultations and 48 complaints from companies that have not paid THR to their employees," said Head of the Tangerang Regency Manpower Office, Rudi Hartono, quoting Antara, Friday, April 29.

He revealed that with the complaint, his party would immediately follow up by mediating between the reporting party and the company.

In addition, the Tangerang Regency Manpower Supervisory Team will also conduct an audit and follow up to resolve the THR complaint.

"After receiving this report, we will conduct a study, whether there is a problem in the company or not, then later we will also find out whether the employee's position has become a permanent employee or just an internship," he said.

He said that of the 48 companies that were reported to be related to the THR, there were also several complaints from outside the Tangerang Regency area, including Tangerang City, East Kalimantan and Lampung.

"We only received 44 companies from Tangerang Regency that were reported, the rest from outside our area," he said.

He explained the reason the company was reported to the THR complaint post by its employees was because it had not paid employee holiday allowances on the grounds of the company's inability due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"On average, many complaints are about THR payment problems, but in terms of the company's reason for not protesting, it's because of financial incompetence," he explained.

He added that the Tangerang Regency Manpower Service was still opening the THR complaint post until May 14, 2022.

He also hopes that all companies can comply with government regulations regarding the provision of THR rights for their employees according to the capabilities of each company.

"Of course, if it violates PP No. 36 regarding wages, the company will receive sanctions, from a warning to revocation of permits," he said
