Bakauheni Port Starts To Crowded Homecomers Up And Down, The Number Is 17,188 Passengers

LAMPUNG - A total of 17,188 people used Bakauheni Port in South Lampung Regency on D-7 Lebaran 1443 Hijriah. This figure is based on the records of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry.

Public Relations of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry Bakauheni Branch, Saifullah, said that on Monday 26 April there were 27 ships operating with 39 trips.

"Out of the 17,188 passengers passing through Bakauheni Port, there were 465 pedestrians and 16,723 passengers in vehicles," he said in Bakauheni, Tuesday, April 26.

Then, he continued, the total number of vehicles passing through the Bakauheni ferry port, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled, was 3,528.

"Four-wheeled vehicles, both private cars, trucks and buses, a total of 3,349 pass, while 179-wheeled vehicles pass by," he said, as reported by Antara. According to him, the number of passengers passing through the Bakauheni port on the 7th of Eid decreased compared to the previous day which reached 7,294 people. "On Sunday (24 April) there were 29 ships operating with 72 trips," he concluded.
