JAKARTA - Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for Central Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Wisnu Wardana explained, from the results of the examination, it turned out that the three suspects with the initials MBA alias Ale (19), AK (19) and AS (17) had raped the victim with the initials TM (21) alias Nia.

"The suspect raped the victims alternately, the information obtained was approximately 8 times the victims were raped," said AKBP Wisnu to VOI, Monday, April 25.

Furthermore, Kasat explained that when the suspect committed the act of raping, they did it in turns. When the suspect also has their respective roles when the depraved act occurred.

"Rape is carried out in turns. The suspects from MBA, AK, and the US have their respective roles, some are holding hands," he said.

After being raped, the victim fought back by shouting. However, one of the perpetrators smothered the victim with a pillow and hit the victim until she fainted.

"Knowing that the victim fainted, finally the victim was taken to the house of the suspect MBA. After taking him home, the victim was taken to the Tarakan Hospital. The victim was declared dead," he said.

Then the Tarakan Hospital contacted the Kemayoran Police and conducted a crime scene investigation. From the results of the crime scene, the three suspects were arrested at their respective homes.

"From the results of the examination, they admitted that their actions had raped and committed murder. The suspect was charged with Article 285 of the Criminal Code, 170 paragraph 2 letter 3 and in conjunction with Article 338 of the Criminal Code with the threat of a sentence of more than 13 years in prison," he asserted.

The three suspects were detained at the Kemayoran Police Headquarters to account for their actions.

"The confiscated evidence included pillows, bed linen, blankets, clothes, victim's underwear, condoms and other personal items," he said.

Previously, it was reported that a woman with the initials TM alias Nia (21) was found murdered by her lover with the initials MBA alias Ale (19) and two of her boyfriend's friends with the initials AK (19) and AS (17) at a boarding house on Jalan Sumur Batu, RW 02, Sumur Village. Batu, Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta. The incident occurred on Friday, April 22, at around 23.30 WIB.
