MEDAN - After going viral and receiving a complaint report, the bespectacled man who threatened to break the neck of Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution was arrested by the police. This threat was made when the bespectacled man refused to pay for parking with an electronic card.

The Medan City Police Chief, Kompol Rikki Ramadhan, said the man named Rizkan Putra was arrested on a report by an E-parking officer.

This incident began when the man had an argument with an E-parking officer on Jalan Rahmad syah, Masjid Village, Medan Kota District, Saturday, April 23.

"The man made threats when the E-Parking officer asked for a car parking fee. However, the man objected to paying the parking fee with an E-toll card by saying, I want to break your neck," said Police Commissioner Rikki, Monday, April 25.

After threatening the E-parking officer, the man and his partner immediately left.

"At that time, the e-parking officer's hand was on the left side of the car, causing the e-parking officer's right hand to get scratched," he explained.

For this incident, the E-parking officer made a complaint report to the Medan City Police. Upon receiving the report, the police conducted an investigation.

"The results of the investigation obtained information that the whereabouts of the reported party was in Takengon, Central Aceh Regency, Aceh. Then the officers carried out further investigations of the whereabouts of the reported party in Takengon and followed up on his car and secured the reported party," he continued.

In the video circulating, this bespectacled man arrogantly refuses to pay for parking non-cash. Meanwhile, the E-parking officer, insists on the non-cash payment rule.

Hearing the words of the E-parking officer, the bespectacled man asked him to bring the boss who ordered the parking attendant.

"Send your boss to come here," said the bespectacled car driver.

"This is what Mr. Bobby (Mayor of Medan) ordered," replied the parking attendant.

"You call Mr. Bobby here, let me break Mr. Bobby's neck all together. Do you want? Or I just break your neck if you want," said the man in the car.
