CIANJUR - The Special Criminal Investigation Team (Pidsus) of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) searched three houses in Cianjur, West Java, regarding allegations of corruption in the land mafia owned by PT Pertamina.

The statement from the Jakarta Attorney General's Office received in Jakarta, Sunday, detailed that the three houses that were searched belonged to witnesses, namely ALS, which is located in Cijati Village, Sukasari Village, Cilaku District, Cianjur Regency.

Then brother S's place of residence is located in Mekar Manik Village, Jati Village, Bojongpicung District, Cianjur Regency, and AYS's residence is in Cibodas Village, Gunung Sari Village, Ciranjang District, Cianjur Regency.

"The three witnesses whose residences were searched were heirs of the Hadi Sopandi Hospital," said the Head of the Legal Information Section (Kasipenkum) of the DKI Jakarta Prosecutor's Office, Ashari Syam, quoting Antara, Sunday, April 24.

In addition, the team of investigators also took legal action to confiscate certain documents and letters related to the identity of the heirs, documents related to land owned by Pertamina located on Jalan Pemuda, East Jakarta; land assets and Property Rights Certificate (SHM) belonging to witness AYS, as well as electronic objects.

The search, said Ashari, was in accordance with applicable regulations, including based on the Investigation Order of the Head of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office Number: Print-1018/M.1/Fd.1/04/2022 dated April 4, 2022, Search Order Number: Print -1035/M.1.5/Fd.1/04/2022 dated 07 April 2022, and Confiscation Warrant Number : Print-1034/M.1.5/Fd.1/04/2022 dated 07 April 2022.
