WL! This Year All ASN In Mataram NTB Receive THR Plus 50 Percent TPP

MATARAM - The Mataram City Government, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province, has prepared a budget of around Rp. 30 billion for the payment of holiday allowances (THR) for state civil servants (ASN) and 50 percent of additional employee income (TPP).

"Alhamdulillah, this year all ASN can get THR and an additional 50 percent of TPP. Specifically for the additional 50 percent of TPP, the budget allocation is around IDR 4.5 billion, the rest is for THR," said Mataram City Regional Secretary (Sekda) H Effendi Eko Saswito in Mataram, Antara , Wednesday, April 20.

According to him, the budget allocation for THR and an additional 50 percent of TPP, including THR payments for echelon II officials, because in previous years echelon II did not receive THR due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"In addition to receiving THR and an additional 50 percent of TPP, ASN will also receive their 13th salary. This should be grateful for by ASN and hopefully it can be a motivation for improving performance," he said.

According to him, for the payment of THR and the 13th salary, ASN will receive in full according to the basic salary without any deductions, such as monthly salary recipients who have deductions for payment of ASN obligations.

"For the exact nominal, the regional financial agency (BKD) knows exactly, because each ASN can be different, according to rank and class," he said.

Payment of THR and an additional 50 percent of TPP, is targeted to start on H-10 Eid Al-Fitr 1443 Hijri in accordance with government regulations.

While alluding to THR for honorary employees, the regional secretary said that until now there is no provision related to this that can be used as a reference for payment.

"There is no provision for THR payments for temporary employees," he said.
