Auction For Saefullah's Replacement Position Opened, DKI Pemprov: End Of November Got New Secretary

JAKARTA - The DKI Provincial Government opens an open selection or auction for the position of DKI Regional Secretary. This position replaces the late Saefullah who passed away some time ago.

Head of the DKI Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) Chaidir said that the DKI Provincial Government held a national level selection. This selection refers to the ASN Law of 2014 and Permenpan 2014, as well as Government Regulation Number 11 of 2014 concerning Civil Servant Management.

"In accordance with the applicable provisions, the selection for Regional Secretary positions at the level of Intermediate High Leadership (Echelon 1) is opened nationally," Chaidir told reporters, Tuesday, October 6.

Registration for this open selection will take place from October 1-15, 2020. Then, administrative selection will take place from October 2 to 17, 2020 and the announcement of the selection results will be announced on October 20, 2020.

"God willing, around the end of November we will have a new name for the Regional Secretary," said Chaidir.

While waiting for the selection process, DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan will inaugurate and witness the taking of the oath of the position of the DKI Jakarta Regional Secretary who will be on temporary duty.

The inauguration and oath-taking of the Acting Regional Secretary (Pj) is based on Presidential Regulation No. 3 of 2018 concerning Acting Regional Secretary and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 91 of 2019 concerning the Appointment of Acting Regional Secretary.

The Acting Regional Secretary also still carries out his main duties and functions as a definitive official. In this case, Sri Haryati is the Assistant for Economy and Finance for the Regional Secretariat of DKI Jakarta Province.

"The term of office of the DKI Regional Secretary is up to three months and / or until the results of an open selection are proposed to the President to be appointed as definitive official," he said.

The selection stage is open for Middle High Leadership positions, in this case Regional Secretary, as follows:

1. Announcement as well as open selection registration: 1 - 15 October 2020.

2. Administrative Selection: 2 - 17 October 2020.

3. Announcement of the results of administrative selection: 20 October 2020

4. Written test and paper writing: 22 - 23 October 2020

5. Announcement of written test results: 27 October 2020

6. Competency assessment: 2 - 10 November 2020

7. Health test: 5 - 6 November 2020

8. Announcement of competency and health results: November 13, 2020

9. Interview: 16-20 November 2020

10. Final announcement: 23 November 2020
