The SP3 Case, The Victim Who Had Become A Suspect Due To The Robbery Died, Says Thank You

CENTRAL LOMBOK - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police have issued a Termination of Investigation Order (SP3) against Murtede alias Amaq Sinta (34), a victim of a robbery named as a suspect. Amaq Sinta is now free from this case.

The resident of Change Village, East Praya District, Central Lombok expressed his gratitude to all the people who sided with him as a victim of the robbery.

"I thank all the people who have provided support so that I can be released today before the trial," said Amaq Sinta at his home in Praya, quoted from Antara, Sunday, April 17.

Amaq Sinta admitted that he and his family were happy with the issuance of the SP3, so that he could return with his wife and two children and his extended family. And he can return to his usual activities, namely being a farmer.

"I'm very happy, basically thank you all. May Allah SWT reward you with kindness, that's all I can give," he said.

Previously, the Head of the NTB Police, Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto, said that he had issued SP3 regarding the case of Amaq Sinta, who was a victim of robbery but was named a suspect.

"The suspension of Amaq Sinta's legal process after the case process was carried out which was attended by the ranks of the Regional Police and legal experts," said Djoko Poerwanto in his written statement in Mataram.

The results of the case title concluded that the incident was an act of forced defense, so that no elements of unlawful acts were found, both formally and materially.

"No criminal acts were found in this case. The incident carried out by Amaq Sinta was for self-defense as stated in Article 49 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code regarding forced defense," he said.

The ranks of the Satreskrim of the Central Lombok Police previously named Amaq Sinta, who was a victim of robbery, as a suspect in the alleged case of two robbers who died covered in blood on the highway of the village of Change, East Praya sub-district, Sunday (10/4) early morning.

In addition to establishing the victim as a suspect in the alleged murder and assault case, two friends of the robbers with the initials WH and HO, residents of Beleka Village who managed to escape, were also named suspects in the stealing crime case.

The chronology of the incident began when the victim went to East Lombok to deliver food to his mother. In the middle of the road at the TKP the victim was grabbed by two robbers and fought back using sharp weapons. Not long after, two friends of the perpetrator came and also fought against the victim, but all the perpetrators were overthrown by the victim.

In that incident, one victim fought four perpetrators which resulted in the death of two perpetrators of the initials P (30) and OWP (21) residents of Beleka Village. The other two suspects fled and are currently in custody.
