SELATAN TANGERANG - South Tangerang Police have sealed the Immortalle Bar and Resto in the Pagedangan area, Tangerang Regency. This happened because it violated the Tangerang Regent's Circular (SE) regarding the prohibition of operating night entertainment venues during Ramadan.

Head of the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the South Tangerang Police AKP Amantha Wijaya Kusuma said the sealing took place on Saturday, April 16, in the early hours of the morning.

"(So) based on the Circular of the Tangerang Regent and the General Chair of the Tangerang Regency MUI, that THM should be temporarily closed during the holy month of Ramadan," said Amantha in a statement, Sunday, April 17.

Amantha said that his party also carried out urine tests for visitors to the bar employees. However, not a single person was found to be positive for drugs.

"We also tested the urine of visitors and employees, the results were nil, no alcohol was confiscated," he said.

He said after sealing it by installing a police line. His party will coordinate with relevant agencies regarding the imposition of sanctions.

"The officers' next action is to coordinate with the Tangerang Regency Satpol PP and the Tangerang Regency Tourism Office to record the permits and sanctions given to Immortalle," he said.
