Clench Your Hands, Volunteers For Sandi Support Sandiaga Forward To The 2024 Presidential Election

JAKARTA - A number of volunteers who call themselves MSME Mothers For Sandi support the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno to advance in the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres) because they are considered successful in advancing the MSME sector.

"We see Mr. Sandiaga Uno as a figure who embraces MSME actors so that Sandiaga Uno can help the economy of small communities," said the Coordinator of the MSME Emak-Emak Region For Sandi Caroline Vollyasari Nuraillah in a written statement quoted by Antara, Tuesday, April 12.

The volunteer women declared their support for Sandiaga to run for the 2024 presidential election in a house in the Depok area, West Java.

According to Caroline, so far Sandiaga, who had run in the 2019 presidential election, has taken sides, embraced, and tried to advance the MSME sector in the country. On that basis, volunteers expressed support for Sandiaga to run again in the 2024 presidential election.

"I think Mr. Sandiaga really embraces MSME actors," said Caroline.

The increase in the prices of some basic commodities, he said, made it difficult for mothers or mothers to manage their finances. If elected in the five-yearly democratic party, Sandiaga is expected to be able to make policies related to the price of basic commodities so that they can be reached by the public.

"We hope that Mr. Sandiaga Uno is elected president and the prices of basic necessities can be reached by the community," he said.

Caroline is optimistic that Sandiaga Uno can build a better Indonesian economy. This can be seen from the high social spirit of the former Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta.

"I am optimistic that Mr. Sandiaga Uno will become president, it can be seen that he has a high social spirit towards small communities," he said.

In addition to being considered to have a high social spirit, the volunteers view that the Menparekraf often helps MSME actors to market their products abroad.
