Kasat explained that the abuse started when the victim mocked the perpetrator's friend.
"Initially they mocked each other through the Bigo application. His friend (the perpetrator) was mocked," said AKBP Ahsanul Muqaffi when confirmed, Tuesday, April 12.
The victim was then taken to the suspect's apartment. That's where the beating happened. According to Kasat, the victim had made a police report at the East Jakarta Police Headquarters.
"Already made a report today," he said.
