JAKARTA - News circulating that the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan is sick and is being treated at the Royal Sunter Hospital. This news is spread in chain messages.

Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria denied that Anies Baswedan was being treated at the hospital. He made sure the news was not true.

"It's not true. I was still in communication until yesterday. In addition, Mr. Anies yesterday cycling with me to check the places we are tidying up," said Riza in Jakarta, reported by Antara, Sunday, October 4.

In fact, according to Riza, Anies' health condition is quite good because they are still inspecting several areas in Jakarta together until Saturday, October 3.

Riza admitted to seeing Anies, who at that time visited several points such as Jalan Kendal, Suropati, Menteng, Central Jakarta, in good health.

"So please also ask people to be picky about information. Because yesterday afternoon Mr. Anies was still with me," said Riza.

A similar sentiment was conveyed by Deputy Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Mohamad Taufik. He denied that Anies Baswedan was treated at the Royal Sunter Hospital in accordance with the contents of the chain message.
