Moscow Says Kyiv Together With West Plan 'Provocation' Mass Grave Discovery And Ambulance Shooting To Blame Russia

JAKARTA - Kyiv is said to be preparing for a 'provocation' of mass killing of civilians, with Western support, to blame the Russian army, including a 'scenario' of shooting an ambulance.

Colonel General Mikahil Mizintsev, head of the Russian National Defense Management Center, said Kyiv, with Western support, planned the provocation of massacres of civilians in the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) to blame the Russian army.

"Kiev officials, with the support of several Western countries, continue to plot barbaric and ruthless actions with mass killings of civilians in the Lugansk People's Republic, to then accuse the Russian armed forces and the LPR troops," he said.

According to Mizintsev, a provocation was planned in the Ragovka community in the Kiev region. The Ukrainian side, in its words, is planning to shoot fake videos of the search for mass burial sites of civilians allegedly killed by Russian forces.

"A team of Ukrainian forensic experts and police officers will engage in provocations to appear more credible," he said.

"Journalists from foreign mass media have arrived in the city of Kremennaya in the Severodonetsk district and have been accommodated in the local hospital building. They should have recorded the provocation of the Ukrainian army with the alleged shooting of an ambulance carrying a patient by Russian troops," he explained.

He added that Ukrainian nationalists had mined a reservoir with chlorine at a water utility in Popyasnaya District, planning to detonate it when troops of the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) approached the city.
