PAMEKASAN - The Ministry of Social Affairs has postponed the disbursement of the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance to 8,024 beneficiary families (KPM) in Pamekasan Regency, East Java, in 2022, due to problems with invalid data.

According to the PKH District Coordinator (Korkab) Pamekasan Hanafi, the data found to be invalid on the prospective recipients of PKH assistance were the Population Identification Number (NIK) and the basic education data (Dapodik).

"The provision is that the NIK on the identity card of the prospective recipient must be the same as on the ID card, family card and basic education data," he said as quoted by Antara, Tuesday, April 5.

If data on prospective beneficiaries is found that does not match, then the disbursement is automatically suspended.

In addition, it was also found that there were KPMs that did not update data in the national education system, and Emis (Education Management Information System).

Hanafi explained that one of the conditions for receiving PKH assistance was that their children had to go to school.

"And in the case in Pamekasan, we found that there were some students who did not update their data at school through Dapodik or Emis data, thus causing the disbursement of aid to be suspended," he said.

Another problem is that there is a change in the application from the data on prospective PKH recipients in the electronic system (e-PKH) to the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS).

"Currently, we are still trying to reapply KPM that did not receive assistance because the data was constrained by improving the data and educating the public," he said.

The amount of the 2022 PKH Assistance varies between each beneficiary family.

If in one family there are pregnant women, then the KPM will receive assistance funds of Rp. 3 million per year

If you have early childhood children, Rp. 3 million, those who have elementary school children/equivalent Rp. 900 thousand, junior high school children/equivalent Rp. 1.5 million, then those who have high school children/equivalent Rp. 2 million, and if in one family there are persons with disabilities, then the assistance provided is will receive Rp. 2.4 million per year.

"If there are elderly in one family, the amount of aid that will be received is IDR 2.4 million per year and the distribution of PKH social assistance funds through Himbara Banks, namely BNI, BRI, Bank Mandiri, and BTN," said PKH Korkab Pamekasan Hanafi, explaining .

The disbursement is carried out in four stages, i.e. every three months. The first stage is for January, February, and March, the second stage is for April, May, and June, the third stage is for July, August, and September, while the fourth stage is for October, November, and December.

The total number of KPM recipients of PKH assistance in Pamekasan Regency is 56,206 PKM, spread over 13 sub-districts, with a total budget of more than IDR 37.8 billion.

Of these 13 sub-districts, the highest number of beneficiaries was in Proppo District, which was 7,719 KPM, while the least was in Galis District, which was 1,625 KPM.
