DENPASAR - Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police Kombes Syamsi confirmed that the final match of the BRI League I between Persik Kediri vs Bali United at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar Regency, could only be attended by 300 invitees. The number of 300 spectators is in accordance with the request of PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB).

"Only 300 people attended. This is in accordance with the request from PT LIB," Syamsi told reporters, Thursday, March 31.

Meanwhile, when asked about the Governor of Bali Wayan Koster allowing 3,000 spectators, the Bali Police confirmed that only 300 invitations had been issued to the stadium.

In addition, for the personnel who were deployed in the match from members of the National Police and TNI as many as 1,115 personnel.

"The permits issued by the National Police Headquarters are only 300 invitations without spectators from the general public and personnel assigned to secure 1,115 people from the Police and the TNI," he said.

Previously reported, Bali Governor Wayan Koster said the Persik Kediri vs Bali United match tonight at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar Regency, Bali, could be attended by 3,000 spectators.

"We will (match) again at 19.30 (WITA). If anyone wants to watch it please, I will facilitate it because we get an allocation of 3 thousand invitations. 3 thousand invitations are allowed," said Koster when giving the 2021 LKPJ report at the Provincial DPRD building, Bali, Thursday, March 31.

Koster invited council members in Bali including the regent and mayor to watch the Bali United match.

"So for the members (council) who are watching, please give your name and then it will be entered into the system so that they can enter immediately," he said.

"I ask the regents and mayors of Bali to prepare to watch together in the field, go on and on. The regents and mayors have responded, especially in Gianyar, Bangli, Denpasar, so that these enthusiastic people can watch even though they cannot come to the Dipta Stadium directly, " he explained.
