Asking Creative Staff, Making Ramadan Security Innovations, Police Chief Inspector General Fadil: If You Are Together You Don't Work

JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Fadil Imran asked all his staff to use a new concept in security during Ramadan.

Fadil made this statement when holding a Tactical Floor Game (TFG) with the Polres at Polda Metro Jaya on Thursday, March 31.

"No one uses the usual approaches. I want a different concept from before," said Fadil.

If later his staff at the Resort Police level only used the same scheme the previous year, Fadil meant that his subordinates were not working well. Thus, new innovations must be made in the security scheme.

"If it's the same as in previous years. It means that you guys are not working," said Fadil.

The two-star general also emphasized to his staff to anticipate activities that disrupt public security and order during Ramadan. For example, activities for sahur on the road, wild racing, and brawls.

"I ask all of our machines (performance, ed) to work downwards," said Fadil.

The security scheme innovation aims to control community mobility during Ramadan. For example, homecoming activities that become a tradition during Eid al-Fitr. "Homecoming and COVID-19 can be controlled," said Fadil.
