JAKARTA - The Central Java Police have arrested a suspect in the robbery of the Focus Nusantara Camera Store in Semarang, Central Java. In the incident on Tuesday, March 29, yesterday morning, a guard was killed.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Iqbal Alqudusi, confirmed the arrest of one male suspect. The perpetrator was arrested in the Kedu area, Temanggung Regency.

"It is still being developed by the Ditkrimum (General Criminal Directorate) of the Central Java Police," said Iqbal, who has not yet explained the details of the case, Wednesday, March 30, as reported by Antara.

A night watchman named Supriyono at the Focus Nusantara Camera Store, located on Jalan Diponegoro, Semarang City, was found dead as a result of the alleged burglary of the shop, Tuesday morning.

A number of cameras, lenses, as well as drones or drones, which are merchandise at the shop, were seized by the perpetrators. The loss due to the alleged robbery incident reached Rp. 300 million.

From the results of the crime scene (TKP), the police found a knife allegedly used by the perpetrator to kill the victim, as well as equipment for breaking into shops, such as welding tools, in the vicinity of the robbery location.
