"If you see on CCTV it happened fast, it only took three minutes to steal the motorbike and then run away. At the time of the incident there was a patient waiting too, but he was not aware," he said.
Due to this incident, the victim suffered a loss of around Rp. 25 million and has reported the case to the Cakung Police Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) for further action.
