Three Teenage Boys In Aceh Take Turns To Rape Minors

JAKARTA – Three teenage boys were detained by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kuta Baro Police of the Banda Aceh Police on suspicion of raping and sexually harassing their underage friend.

"This incident occurred in one of the villages in Aceh Besar on Tuesday (22 March) early in the morning in a motorcycle repair shop and laundry. We have secured the three perpetrators," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Banda Aceh Police, Commissioner of Police M Ryan Citra Yudha, quoting Antara, Sunday, March 27.

Ryan said the three perpetrators, namely YA (18), MY (17), and FJH (17) who live in Aceh Besar, are currently being investigated by the Child Protection Service Unit (PPA) on the police report number LPB/156/III/2022/SPKT. Banda Aceh Police.

Ryan explained that the incident began on Monday, March 21, when the perpetrator MY picked up the victim at his house. Then go for a walk by motorbike to Alue Naga Beach, Banda Aceh.

Then, MY took the victim to an empty workshop in one of the gampong in Aceh Besar at around 00.30 western Indonesia time that night, and at that time the perpetrator launched his action.

"At that time the victim had rebelled, but because the location was quiet, the perpetrators continued to do the prohibited things," he said.

After doing what he did, Ryan said, MY intended to take the victim back to his house. But in the middle of the road, the perpetrator met his friend FJH.

Then, suddenly the perpetrators canceled taking the victim home, but instead took the victim to one of the FJH's laundry in Aceh Besar. There, MY again harassed the victim.

"Then the perpetrators of FJH also did the same thing to the victim," he said.

After that, Ryan continued, when FJH came out of the room where the victim was being harassed, suddenly there was also another perpetrator with the initials YES and the victim was raped again.

"The victim was just brought home by MY to his house at around 03.00 western Indonesia time, and the next day the victim told her parents what had happened, and reported it to the police," said Ryan.

For this incident, added Ryan, the perpetrators of YA were charged with Article 50 Jo. Article 47 Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law.

Meanwhile, MY and FJH were charged with Article 50 Jo. Article 47 Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Jo Law. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System.
