Boyamin assessed that the bad loans indicated that there was an evil collaboration between PT HMN and Bank Banten, which could harm the state's finances. Boyamin suspects that the bank was negligent and not careful in checking PT HMN's data and files before providing credit facilities.

He emphasized that the Banten Police would not follow up on the report within three months. Then they will file a pretrial lawsuit.
