He explained that the chronology of the incident began when the victim walked from his house to the CK Tanjungpinang Hotel, Friday, at around 09.00 WIB.
After arriving at the hotel, the victim went straight to the 7th floor. The victim slipped into the hotel elevator without the hotel staff knowing.
But when on the 7th floor, he said again, the victim was monitored by the hotel's CCTV. The hotel staff went straight to the 7th floor and asked the victim to come downstairs.
"The victim argued that she wanted to sunbathe. Suddenly the victim jumped from the 7th floor fence and finally died," he said.
The police added that currently the victim's body has been taken to the Riau Islands Provincial Hospital for a post-mortem. For the time being, there were no signs of violence on the victim's body.
