JAKARTA - A series of examinations on Novel Baswedan as a victim of the chemical splash has been completed. The information retrieval process took approximately 10 hours. In fact, investigators asked dozens of questions to dig deeper information.

On the other hand, Novel and Polri have different statements. Previously, the senior KPK investigator said that investigators from the Sub-Directorate of State Security (Kameg) Polda Metro Jaya made 36 statements during the investigation.

Meanwhile, Argo said that during the investigation, investigators had submitted more than fifty questions to Novel Baswedan. "Then an examination was carried out by the investigator, and then 56 questions were constructed," said Argo.

Although there were differences in the number of statements, Argo said that after the examination was completed, the investigators would immediately analyze the results of the return of the information. Furthermore, it will be synchronized with the information from dozens of other witnesses who have been in the BAP, as well as the evidence that has been collected.

Later, said Argo, if there is no progress or the results of the examination are still the same as before, the case files will be transferred immediately. "Hopefully the novel case will be resolved soon, if there are no more developments, we will immediately send the case files," explained Argo.

On the previous occasion, Novel Baswedan gave a statement after undergoing an examination. In the process of taking this information, it was said that he provided input to investigators about the Criminal Article which was suspected against the two suspects.

Currently, the two suspects, RB and RM, are charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code concerning beatings. Meanwhile, according to Novel, the article did not match the reason that the watering was only done by one person.

"I was attacked by two executors, the two of them. But the one who attacked one, while the article applied to Article 170, I am afraid the article is not correct," Novel said in Jakarta, Monday, January 6.
