JAKARTA - The new halal logo has been issued by the Ministry of Religion's Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH). The determination of the new label is stated in the Decree of the Head of BPJPH No. 40 of 2022 concerning the Determination of the Halal Label. The new halal logo reaps the pros and cons. For those who support it, the logo has a design and shape that adapts Indonesian values. On the other hand, the cons were that the new logo was too complicated and could not be read clearly.
