BANYUWANGI - City Resort Police (Polresta) Banyuwangi, East Java, named 25 suspects in clashes between martial arts colleges.

The Banyuwangi Police Chief, Kombes Nasrun Pasaribu, said that the determination of the suspect was based on the process of investigation and investigation that had previously been carried out.

"From the four LPs we have revealed together, both from the Ditkrimum of the East Java Police and the Banyuwangi Police to uncover the case," said Nasrun.

Nasrun said each of the four police reports from the crime scene (TKP).

"A total of 25 people have been named as suspects, 5 of whom are ABH (Children in Conflict with the Law). We have detained all of them, except for 5 people who are minors," said Kombes Nasrun.

The suspects were charged with different articles according to the acts committed. Investigators apply Article 351 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of imprisonment or a maximum of 5 years.

Article 187 of the 1st Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st in conjunction with Article 56 of the 1st Criminal Code or Article 170 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the 1st Criminal Code with a maximum prison sentence of 12 years. Article 170 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code with the threat of imprisonment for a maximum or a maximum of 5 years.

"Later we will send it to the Public Prosecutor, so that the problem is quickly resolved," he concluded.
