JCI Opens To Strengthen Slightly, Consider The Shares Of BNI, BRI, Bank Mandiri

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened in the green zone on Wednesday, September 23 trading. JCI opened slightly higher by 0.41 percent or 20.1 percent to 4,954.19 levels.

Opening trades, 74 stocks rose, 11 stocks fell, and 35 stocks remained stagnant. The trading volume was recorded at 39.88 million shares with a transaction value of IDR 37.78 billion.

Binaartha Sekuritas analyst, M. Nafan Aji Gusta Utama, said the JCI movement in today's trading has the opportunity to experience a reversal after yesterday being stuck in negative territory and closing down 1.31 percent to 4,934 levels.

"The JCI today will move bullish towards the closest resistance target at the level of 4,975," Nafan said in his research.

He said, there is a potential for strengthening in the JCI movement. Currently JCI has the first and second support at 4,865 and 4,778 levels, while the first and second resistance targets are at 4,975 and 5,097 positions.

Now, in the midst of a potential reversal to strengthen at the JCI rate today, Nafan is offering a number of shares that market players can monitor, namely PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES), PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI ), PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI), PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI), PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), and PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA).

A different view was conveyed by an analyst from PT Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (RELI), Lanjar Nafi. He said the JCI movement has the potential to be under pressure approaching the support-resistance levels of 4,880-4,990.

Thus, he explained, the potential for further weakening of the JCI today could be exploited by investors by collecting shares of PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI), PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO), PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY), PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI). ), PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS), and PT Unilever Tbk (UNVR).
