Gatot said, the boy's middle finger could be stuck in the serum bottle cap which looks like a ring. The incident occurred when the boy was playing with the object at his house.
"At first the toy closed the serum (bottle) and kept crying (his finger) couldn't be removed. His parents immediately contacted the Cipayung District Fire Department," Gatot said when confirmed by reporters, Friday, March 11, afternoon.
In order to evacuate the bottle caps, his party mobilized three East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. Rescue personnel.
