Revealed, Suspect In The Murder Of A 6-Month Pregnant Student In Tegal, Admits He's Annoyed Compared To An Established Man

TEGAL- The murder case of a 19-year-old student with the initials N is revealed. Tegal Police Chief AKBP Arie Prasetya Syafa'at revealed that the motive for the perpetrator with the initials AS (29) was apparently annoyed because he was asked to be responsible for the pregnancy of his 6-month-old lover.

"The suspect AS is a resident of Bedug Village, Tegal Regency, is the victim's lover. The suspect's motive is to kill the victim's life because the victim continues to chase the suspect to demand accountability for the victim's pregnancy.

Not only that, the suspect admitted that he was hurt because the victim kept comparing the suspect to another man who was more established.

Because he couldn't stand the victim's attitude, continued Arie, the suspect planned to kill the victim on Friday, March 4, 2022, at night, by taking the victim for a walk.

"Then in a deserted rice field, the suspect killed the victim by hitting him on the head two times and then strangling the victim. Immediately the victim died and was immediately thrown into the rice field by the suspect." said Arie.

The suspect AS is a junk collector, he was arrested with evidence of his motorbike.

"For this incident, our suspect applied Article 340 of the Criminal Code, 338 of the Criminal Code, and Article 80 paragraph (3) of UURI No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. The threat of imprisonment for a maximum of 15 and or a maximum fine of Rp. 3 billion.

It is known, a student with the initials N was found dead in a rice field irrigation channel in Dukuhturi Village, Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency. The victim is a student who works as a mobile tension officer.
