National Police Involves Densus 88 To Investigate Case Of Stabbing Sheikh Ali Jaber

JAKARTA - The Special Anti-terror Detachment (Densus) 88 was involved in the disclosure of the case of the stabbing of Sheikh Ali Jaber by Alpin Andra in Lampung, some time ago.

Previously, Alpin Andria was threatened with a minimum sentence of 20 years in prison, a maximum of life. This followed Alpin being charged with attempted murder and maltreatment causing injury.

Sheikh Ali Jaber was stabbed by Alpin during an activity at the Falahuddin Mosque, Tanjung Karang Barat, Bandar Lampung City. Sheikh Ali Jaber was injured in his right hand which later received 10 stitches.

The stabbing took place when Sheikh Ali Jaber explained the content in the Al-Fatihan letter to the congregation. There Sheikh Ali Jaber asked if there were any children who could read the letter Al-Fatihah correctly.
