JAKARTA - Russian army rockets hit a residential complex and buildings in the center of independence square in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine through his Twitter account shared the sightings of the destroyed building in early March. In the post, he condemned Russia's actions of sending rockets into civilian-populated areas. In the video, several rescue workers can be seen looking for the victims.
