JAKARTA - Minister of Religion (Menag) Yaqut Cholil Qoumas issued a circular regulating the use of Toa in mosques and prayer rooms. Yaqut intends the SE to maintain harmony in society. Communication expert from Pelita Harapan University (UPH) Emrus Sihombing assessed that the choice of words or diction of an official who has policy authority must be considered so as not to generate controversy in the community.

"Yes, the choice of diction is very important," said Emrus to VOI.id, Thursday, February 24.

However, Emrus said people who played the role of "opposition" made it even more multi-interpreted because they did not see the whole word for word.
