"Officers identify surveillance by paying attention to the signs of PPKS (homeless people) when they act on the streets, generally on busy roads," he said.

The PPKS who were caught were taken to the Bina Insan Bangun Daya social home in the Kebon Jeruk area, West Jakarta.
