Menpan RB Tjahjo Requires ASN In PPKM Areas Level 1 WFO 100 Percent

JAKARTA - The Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB) requires government agencies to apply 100 percent work from office (WFO) capacity for state civil servants (ASN) in regions that apply PPKM Level 1.

The work system is listed in the Circular Letter (SE) of the Minister of PANRB Number 05 of 2022 concerning the Fourth Amendment to the Circular Letter of the Minister of PANRB Number 23 of 2021 concerning Adjustment of the Work System of ASN Employees during the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities During the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic.

This SE Number 05/2022 changes the work system listed in the previous SE attachment. SE Number 23/2021 which has been amended several times, most recently by S Number 01/2022, is still valid and becomes an integral part of this SE Number 05/2022.

The following are the complete details of the ASN work rules in SE Number 05/2022 which was signed by Tjahjo Kumolo on February 16, 2022:

Non-essential Sector Government Offices1. Java and Bali– PPKM Level 1, 100 percent of employees work from office (WFO).— PPKM Level 2, 75 percent of WFO employees.— PPKM Level 3, 50 percent of WFO employees.— PPKM Level 4, 100 percent of employees working from home (WFH). Outside Java and Bali – PPKM Level 1, as many as 100 percent of WFO employees. – PPKM Level 2, 75 percent of WFO employees. – PPKM Level 3, with a maximum of 50 percent of WFO employees. If a COVID-19 cluster is found, it will be closed for five days. – PPKM Level 4, as much as 25 percent WFO. If a COVID-19 cluster is found, it will be closed for five days. Government Office of the Essential Sector1. Java and Bali – PPKM Level 1, a maximum of 100 percent of WFO employees. – PPKM Level 2, a maximum of 75 percent of WFO employees. – PPKM Level 3 and 4, a maximum of 50 percent of WFO employees. Outside Java and Bali – PPKM Level 1, 2, and 3, maximum 100 percent WFO. – PPKM Level 4, maximum 50 percent WFO. Critical Sector Government Office1.
