New Chapter Of Land Mafia Case, Bareskrim Hands Out Documents For Suspect Head Of Depok Transportation Agency-Member Of DPRD

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police has transferred the dossier of the land mafia case with the suspect, Head of the Depok Transportation Agency, Eko Herwiyanto, and member of the Depok DPRD, Nurdin, to the Prosecutor's Office. The transfer was made earlier this week.

"It was handed over on Monday (14 February, ed)," said the Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi when confirmed, Wednesday, February 16.

With this delegation, investigators are waiting for news from the Prosecutor's Office regarding the completeness of the case files.

If later declared complete, investigators will immediately carry out phase two or submit the suspect and evidence to the Prosecutor's Office. But otherwise, investigators must correct the case file.

"Investigators are waiting for the prosecutor to examine the case files," said Andi.

The Bareskrim Polri has named four suspects in the land mafia case in Sawangan, Depok. Two of them are the Head of the Depok City Transportation Service (Dishub), Eko Herwiyanto and a member of the Depok City DPRD, Nurdin Al Ardisoma.

In this case, the suspects are charged with Article 263 of the Criminal Code, Article 266 of the Criminal Code, Article 378 of the Criminal Code, Article 372 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code.

For information, the land mafia case in Sawangan, Depok, occurred around 2018 with the reporter named Rudi Tringadi. In this case, the land area of 2,930 meters is the subject of the case.
