JAKARTA - The West Jakarta Metro Police are intensifying surprise inspections (sidak) at a number of nightclubs in the West Jakarta area during the implementation of PPKM Level 3.

Head of the West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Investigation Unit AKBP Danang Setiyo said his party was conducting health patrols at a number of night entertainment venues in the West Jakarta area.
"We are conducting health patrols related to the use of protective care applications, the use of masks and the provisions for operating hours while PPKM is enforced," Danang said when confirmed by reporters, Sunday, February 13.
Danang explained that during the patrol, his party distributed free masks to visitors to nightclubs.
"We provide education both to night entertainment managers and visitors," he said.
The police also checked the Care Protect system. Every visitor who enters must scan through the application.
"From our investigation, we did not find any violation of the provisions set by the government," he said.
