US Caucasians Killed Falling From 6th Floor Hotel In Bali, Police Suspected Suicide

BADUNG - Police are still investigating the death of an American citizen (US) with the initials JDB (48) who fell from the 6th floor of a hotel in Bali.

"An investigation is still being carried out by the North Kuta Police," said Head of Public Relations of the Badung Police, Iptu Ketut Sudana, Thursday, February 10.

This US foreigner fell from the 6th floor of the Bali EZ Hotel, North Kuta, Badung, Bali at 00.40 WITA this morning. There are allegations of suicide victims.

"While (the motive) is suicide," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of North Kuta Police, Iptu I Made Purwantara, confirmed separately.

According to the witness statement from the hotel security officer, a crash was heard at 00:40 WITA. At that time it was raining.

When checked, it turned out that US Caucasians were already lying in the hotel gazebo area. From the examination of CCTV footage, it is known that this US Caucasian fell from the 6th floor of the hotel.

"The victim died face down and his head tilted to the left. The body was taken to the Denpasar Sanglah Hospital," he said.
