KPK Finds Out The Preliminary Lawsuit For Dissolution Of PT SGP In PN Surabaya To Snare Judge Itong

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating a lawsuit regarding the dissolution of PT Soyu Giri Primedika (SGP) at the Surabaya Court which resulted in the giving of bribes to judge Itong Isnaeni Hidayat. This deepening was carried out by examining three people, including a Professor of Airlangga University, Yudi Her Oktaviano.
