Kalteng Kemenkumham Council Has No Foreign Office To Prevent Dissemination Of COVID-19

KALTENG - The Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kanwil Kemenkumham) Central Kalimantan (Kalteng) has eliminated outside activities or services as a form of support for local government efforts in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

"According to the direction of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, for external service activities and activities that are gathering a large number of people from February 7 to 21, 2022, they will be cancelled," said Head of Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Central Kalimantan Ilham Djaya in Palangka Raya, Antara, Monday, February 7.

Even if there are urgent activities, he continued, these activities can be carried out virtually or online. However, he asked all staff within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Central Kalimantan to remain productive in carrying out their duties.

Any changes and developments in the field during the pandemic should also not be used as obstacles, let alone reasons for not completing every task assigned.

"Therefore, I instruct high-ranking leaders to be an example to the ranks below them not to serve outside or carry out activities that gather a lot of people," said Ilham.

He also asked his entire staff in 13 regencies and one city to remain productive and intensively coordinate, communicate by utilizing technological developments. The instruction has also been conveyed by Ilham Djaya to all levels of the Central Kalimantan Ministry of Law and Human Rights through an apple that is held virtually or online.

The online activity was carried out in order to follow up the Circular of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number SEK-OT.02.02-05 concerning Measures to Control the Spread of COVID-19.
